My house is a detached property in Ballyfinnane Firies and according to the valuation report received when I bought the house in 2008 , it has a gross internal living area of 100 sq meters. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living/sitting rooms, a kitchen and downstairs shower room with upstairs bathroom and small ensuite (wc + whb).
